Sorry, your Paypal payment ended in an error. That means you either cancelled the transaction partway through, or your bank refused to release the funds after initially authorizing the transaction.
If you're not sure why this happened, please contact your bank. Paypal doesn't give us any information about why transactions are declined. Only your bank (or Paypal) will know why.
